Our Father in Heaven,
We praise you and thank you for all the good things you have given us. We acknowledge your sovereign rule over our lives and that you have redeemed us to yourself through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Father, we recognise that we live in a world where sin and brokenness have fractured all human relationships. Yet, we thank you for being our loving Father who has extended love and mercy to all who seek to know you. We pray that we will model your love and mercy in all our relationships.
We thank you for the fathers and father-figures in our lives and for all those who have sacrificially raised, provided for and protected us. We thank you for the fathers in our Heathdale community and we ask that you continue to bless and inspire them to love and serve their family, friends, and community.
In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
